Christopher Peter Meloni is an American actor known for his part in the well-known show 'Law and Order' on television. Special Victims Unit. His interest in acting began at the time of his college years. He was a student of acting at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Though he's appeared in films and television shows but it's his performances in small screen productions that has earned him the most acclaim. The ability of his characters to appear on both sides of law is a draw for people. He played the serial killer in his debut television show however he later went on portray the character of an NYPD detective. His small-screen performances were rewarded with numerous Emmy Awards nominations and PRISM Awards. His piercingly blue eyes his eyes are believed to be his most attractive aspect. They are also considered as a trademark, and they've been acknowledged with helping him portray people who are rough, however enthralling. People's magazine listed him as one of the Sexiest Men Alive for 2006.
